Namaste dear friends,
Lately, I've been feeling so deeply appreciative for being able to enjoy the little things. And that's another thing - I've been calling them the little things but are they actually the big things? The imporant things?
Looking at this picture just reminded me of all that I've been feeling. Thanful for the sun on my face when I get a moment to take an afternoon walk in January! And what a treat to see the leaves still changing colors. I'm enjoying listening to the wind dancing through the trees and imagining nature's choreography. But I should also mention that I am also appreciating the practial things, like having a few minutes to fold the laundry on the same day as it was washed! Or cook fresh, simple meals that with all the flavors we require. Spending time in the studio, folding blankets, watering the plants that fill our space with good energy...There's just so much that comes pouring out once you start appreciating.
