Online Study Group

Ankle Sprain, Achilles Tendon Injury and

Plantar Fasciitis

8 September 2022

4 pm - 5.30 pm AEST

Ankles and feet

Hello Bruce,

Injuries to the connective tissues of ankle and foot are some of the most common issues that affect our clients. The overloading of the ligaments and tendons of the foot can create immediate strain responses as well as long-term structural and functional distortions.

In this study group I'll explore three types of injuries - ligament sprains, tendon strains and fascial stresses - to understand the structural and functional impact in the ankle and foot as well as implications for the rest of the body. Then I'll present the release techniques that we use to address these dysfunctions as well as self-care exercises that are useful to facilitate long-term changes in the structures.

The Online Study Group is this Thursday 8 September and will run from 4 pm until 5.30 pm (Sydney Time).

You can enrol by clicking on the button below.

Remember : when you sign up for the study group you will now have access to the recording and slides after the session for you to review in the future. This also means that if you miss the live study group you can still access all the information whether you could attend the live session or not. And even if the study group is at a time when you're not available you can still access the material and get credit towards your study group requirements. NOTE: Because of regulations for the Society of Ortho-Bionomy International, US participants can only receive credit if they attend live.

If you aren't able to attend the study group live you will need to complete a short quiz for proof of completion and your certificate will be sent when the results are submitted. US residents will not have access to this option.

Please join me and your fellow practitioners in these opportunities to come together and deepen your understanding of Ortho-Bionomy.

I look forward to you joining me!!

Cheers,

Bruce
