Meet my youngest cousin.
He is off to a great start in life by eating a sprout salad every day at lunch. He helped in the sprouting process and gained excitement along the way so when they were mature he couldn't wait to eat them. All it takes is a few minutes each day for you to create your own meal time sprout salad. You could have a bright smiling happy face, too. All you need to do is to go into your cabinets or pantry, get those seeds into a jar of water to soak and before you know it - TADA! A sprout salad making you as joyous as my cousin.
‌
What happens when you mix seeds and chat at the same time? You make an OOPS!
Not the first time, won't be the last.
This OOPS! mix started out as Wisdom Blend (Adzuki, French Lentil, Fenugreek, Hard Wheat) and now it has added Mung Bean.
My OOPS! is your gain.
February is Healthy Heart Month. We can all use organic non-GMO Sprouting Seeds to help our hearts work and feel better. Give the Gift of Sprouting to your loved ones and to yourself. By sharing organic sprouting seeds this month, you could be the catalyst for change in someone's life. Maybe that person never tasted sprouts or did not know how easy it is to grow your own at home. The few minutes of time you spend each day to grow sprouts could mean a life long healthy diet addition for you and a new way of living for someone else. Share your love of sprouting.
Exercise is an important factor in heart health. It is a muscle and it needs to work to be and stay strong. Exercise and diet go hand in hand to good health. 30 minutes of exercise that makes you breathless each day is recommended for heart health.
