Second draft of the 2026 Housing Development Gap Financing (HDGF) guidelines have been posted for public comment.

The second draft of the 2026 HDGF guidelines can be found on OHFA's website.

OHFA will accept comments on this draft through 5 p.m. on

Monday, October 27, 2025.
