The Virtual Fair Has Begun!

The Fall Family Fun: An Online Fair Event kicked off on Tuesday, September 1st with an interactive online opening ceremony. If you missed it, check out the video recap here. You can join us each Tuesday for live, interactive main stage presentations. To access the website and get weekly updates, be sure to register at https://currituckfallfair.eventbrite.com. Registration and events are entirely free!

If you aren't comfortable with or don't have enough bandwidth to participate in the interactive session, don't worry. Our virtual fair is a very simple website with new content added for you each week. We'll also upload videos of the interactive sessions to the front page of the site so that you'll never miss an experience!

The site launched with entertainment including crafts and games to try at home. Four "fair food" recipes were released including whipped coffee, kettle corn, street corn, and freezer jam. Several contests were launched as well. Be sure to enter the largest watermelon/pumpkin contest or try your hand at the cut flower bouquet contest. Finally, exhibits on Cooperative Extension, 4-H, Family and Consumer Sciences, and Agriculture were released on our exhibit page.

New updates will launch each Friday. Visit our page to take a peek and don't forget to register!

**New this week: virtual talent show!**
