Ministry Highlight:
PCA Women’s Ministry Love Gift
This Sunday we have the opportunity to participate in the Lord's Supper during morning worship. When we participate in the Lord's Supper, Christ Covenant Church provides an opportunity to give a financial gift to one of the ministries we support. For the month of November we are highlighting the Presbyterian Church of America's (PCA) Women's Ministry Love Gift. We invite you to read this article and prayerfully consider giving to the PCA Women's Ministry Love Gift. You can give online or by leaving your financial gift in an offering box located inside the sanctuary at one of the main entrances.

Since the beginning of the Presbyterian Church of America (PCA), the annual Women’s Ministry Love Gift has been used by God to strengthen our denomination. Your gifts over the two decades have helped us partner with PCA committees and agencies.

This year’s gift will be used once again to extend resources (including people resources, written resources, and financial resources) to bless the global church. Your gift will allow us to help our PCA church workers as they go and make disciples of all nations. We understand that our international ministry staff members can easily grow weary in well-doing, so this year we will again come alongside women serving with Mission to the World (MTW) to provide resources including video tools that will both encourage and equip. Funds will also be invested to continue the work of the Committee on Discipleship Ministries (CDM) through the International Women’s Ministry.

This wide-reaching project has been coordinated with the International Director of each of the 5 regions (Africa, Europe, The Americas [South, Latin, North], Asia/Pacific, and Global Muslim Ministries) along with a MTW female liaison. The project’s focus is to encourage and equip MTW female field missionaries and their female national partners. These projects share a legacy of resources (written and people) and the cultivating of relationships. Each region will receive the same proportion of the gift.

The women who will be assisted include many single women who have been called to international ministry and women who work with their husbands on mission throughout the world. The funds will be given as a one-time gift to each region to be used in 2022 for the specific purpose of providing the best resources for equipping and encouraging. The project will end with a report on the ways these resources were used by God to bless women in international ministry and the individuals they serve as ambassadors of Christ.

Your gift today combines with gifts from PCA churches across the US as an investment in fulfilling the Great Commission. Thank you for your gift and for your prayers for God’s women in mission on every continent. To learn more visit
