Dear customers and colleagues,
As you may have heard, on March 23, 2020 the State of Oregon where Theia is located, issued a ‘Stay at Home’ Executive Order including a mandatory closure for certain types of businesses for which close personal contact is difficult or impossible to avoid. Our business type is not included in the mandatory closure order.
While Theia is following directives to work from home to the extent possible and to comply with other directives to limit the spread of the corona virus, Theia is still open to conduct basic business functions until further notice. At this time Theia continues to receive, process and ship orders in a responsible manner taking care to avoid personal contact.
Theia has seen no disruption of supply that would affect our ability to meet customer requirements. We have been informed of potential delays in receiving shipments due to a reduction in the number of air courier and air freight flights. We have similarly been informed that shipping costs may increase as a result. At this time, these delays have not affected our ability to serve the needs of our customers.
We are monitoring our supply chain to anticipate potential issues and will inform our customers as conditions evolve that may affect our ability to meet your needs. Similarly, if the state or federal government directives change, we will inform you of impacts to our ability to support you as they arise.
Should you have any questions, please let us know - we are here and listening.
Please keep well!
