Please be aware that we publish the newsletter on Tuesday at 12:30pm.
Our submission deadline is end of business Monday (or Fridays on Holiday weekends).
We are always happy to include events which are evangelistic / spiritual in nature,
and designed to reach beyond a single parish.
All materials should contain:
- An image (.jpg or .png) no larger than 5M. (some .pdfs work, others do not. If you submit a .pdf we will try our best to post it. We cannot accept documents created in Word processing platforms, or publisher)

Local contact information (must include either email or phone number, as well as website, and physical address)
- A direct hyperlink to your website that provides more information.
To ensure prompt posting of your event, be sure to include all necessary
sign up or contact information on the flyer.
Additionally, please be aware that most of our traffic is viewing the newsletter
on a mobile device, please consider including just the basic information on the flyer.
Post the rest on your website.
