A child bends his knees and gets ready to shoot a basketball toward a basketball hoop. A staff member stands nearby observing.
Our new mini-clinics for basketball and soccer skills acquisition took place in the month of August! Over the course of four days, players got down to the basics during trial programs that mimic the multi-week clinics coming this fall.

In our Fall adaptive sports clinics, staff will introduce the sports of basketball and soccer as well as some of the skills to play them, such as dribbling and passing. Participants wanting to learn the skills necessary to play the sports in a fun and encouraging environment may register.

Goals of the program include skills needed to build inclusion opportunities, build self-confidence and cooperation skills.
