On September 7th, we will be hosting a "Yoga Therapy for Healthy Knees" workshop, led by certified yoga therapist and physical therapist Dr. Jenn Chang. 


Whether you experience occasional discomfort, have had previous injuries, or simply want to maintain healthy joints, this workshop is designed to provide you with practical tools and techniques. You'll learn how to improve flexibility, build strength, and support overall knee health through a combination of mindful movement and therapeutic exercises.

Please join Jenn Chang and show your knees some love with this Yoga Therapy Workshop!  Jenn will teach a variety of foot, ankle, and knee strengthening and mobility exercises to build awareness of the lower leg and foot that can easily be integrated into your Yoga practice.

Dr. Jenn Chang, DPT, E-RYT, C-IAYT
Jenn Chang is a sensible, yet innovative teacher who specializes in combining Yoga with modern physical therapy. Jenn has been teaching Yoga since 2012 and practices outpatient orthopedics in San Diego, CA. She has experienced time and again the power Yoga therapy has to heal and revitalize patients. She strives to teach Yoga in a way that truly serves the needs of the practitioner, especially in her classes utilizing The Great Yoga Wall. Her ability to adapt Yoga to meet the needs of her students ultimately enables them to bring their minds into their bodies, experiences and what each posture intends.
