CPR CLASS
The Jennings Clinic attempts to schedule CPR classes once per quarter. If anyone is interested, please contact Elise Stanford at elises@therapyctr.com for additional details. 
  
Course Cost is $60.00 for 2 year certification and is eligible to be taken out of available CEU funds.

TIME OFF POLICY REMINDER

All full time employees will be awarded 2023 time off hours they are eligible to receive on January 1st.


  • Personal Days – must be taken as a whole day and they expire 12/31, no rollover allowed
  • Holidays – can be used as either whole or half day, must be used within the designated time frame or they expire (see 2023 Holiday Calendar in the ADP Forms library for specific time frames)
  • Floating Days – can only be used in 4 hour increments and they expire 12/31, no rollover allowed
  • Vacation – can be used in 15 minute increments; up to 40 hours can be rolled over; on 12/31, any unused hours over 40 expire

2023 PAYROLL CALENDAR

The 2023 payroll calendar is now available on the ADP portal. It can be located by going to the “Resources” tab, then “Company Information”, then “Forms Library”. The calendar is in the Payroll section in the center of the page.

Reminder, if you had an address change (and/or any other personal information) during the year that you have not entered into ADP or reported to HR, please update your information in ADP as soon as possible. 


To avoid delays in receiving your 2022 W2 please make sure your current address is the one listed in ADP before year end.

ANNUALLY REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TO BE SENT VIA DOCUSIGN

Be on the lookout. An email will be sent via DocuSign from Therapy Center’s HR department in January to complete the annually required documents (Annual

Competency, LAOWCA Questionnaire, and

Annual TB Screen).
