#1: Rafael picked us up at about 9am and we had the greatest day . We really did see the "real" Puerto Rico with Rafael and had an extremely personal experience! He is versed in the history of the Island and also has extensive knowledge of the flora and fauna. He was a pleasure to simply "hang out" with for the entire day. We explored volcanically created caves by the ocean, a beautiful rainforest with waterfalls, and ended the day on a beautiful bathing beach. Our stops on the roadside for food yielded some of the best and most honest food that we had during our stay. We do intend to visit again and would definitely call on Rafael.
#2: We recently went on the "Full Day Tour" with Rafael and let me tell you - it was AMAZING and WELL worth the money. We were able to see all of Puerto Rico's hidden treasures. Not only did we visit them, but we were given the time and opportunity to wander around and explore the most gorgeous locations. Diving off of waterfalls, swinging on a rope into fresh water, and diving into some of the clearest water I've ever seen. With such a fun and energetic tour guide as Rafael, no one can go wrong! He is a wholeheartedly genuine person. We will definitely be visiting again and you can count on Rafael seeing our faces again for the next adventure! My family had a BLAST!!!!
