Charles Spurgeon once said: “The worst evils of life are those which do not exist except in our imagination. If we had no troubles but real troubles, we should not have a tenth part of our present sorrows. We feel a thousand deaths in fearing one, but the Christian is cured of the disease of fearing.”

Life can always surprise us with what it brings our way, but as followers and believers in Christ our role is to spread hope not fear. In times such as these, instead of isolating ourselves in fear, we as the church need to be more active than before.

We were all so looking forward to the event with Nicky Cruz; unfortunately, because of the Coronavirus, he has had to reschedule his trip to Europe. However, we are not discouraged, rather we are doing our best to use this time to focus on those in need in our communities and reach out to them and share the love of Christ.

Bonnie has loved working with the youth in our church and has strived to plan events to which they can invite their unsaved friends and would also bring other Christian youth in our city together. The latest event that she has been planning is a two-day youth event that will begin with a Friday night lock-in and continue all day Saturday with teaching and workshops. Bonnie has invited other youth leaders and pastors to help her plan and lead this conference, and we are truly praying that many come to know Christ and grow in him as a result. Please join us in prayer for this event, that the hearts of those who attend would be open and ready to receive.
> No deaths do far as a result of the Coonavirus in Croatia
> God is opening new avenues of ministry for us through this crisis
> Monthly provision

Our worship team is working diligently to complete their CD, “Enter into Your Victory”. Those of you who are following this project on Facebook NoCompromise and Instagram know that this is one way our worship band is attempting to help raise funds for the purchase of our church facility. The CD is a worship project completely IN ENGLISH and most of the songs are written by people from our church. We hope to have the CD uploaded to iTunes soon and ready for Mario's trip to the US on May 26th.

> Provision for a family van
…is doing well. We are back to homeschooling all our children since the schools here have sent their students home for the next two weeks at least.
We do have one need we would like to share with you. We are needing to purchase a new family van. We have looked at vehicles that seat 7, however, the ones available to us here do not leave enough leg room for our teenage children. Our current van has served us well but has over 400,000 miles on it and is 23 years old. There are parts that are no longer available, so our mechanic has done his best to patch things up for us when he can, but it has become increasingly difficult to pass registration. Vans here are very expensive to purchase. Would you please, be in prayer with us for this need? We know our God is faithful to provide for our every need.
We are so thankful for your prayers and support. We are praying that the Lord bless you all, your churches, and your cities during this time for he is our Healer and knows what we need even before we ask.
