Toledo Region Talent Connection Portal Launches

The Toledo Region offers incredible job opportunities, world class attractions and an ease of living that people want. New Requirements for City of Toledo Businesses

Two new requirements for businesses located in Toledo have been implemented following their passage by Toledo City Council.

• In a move to create a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all residents and visitors, a closed captioning ordinance was passed in December 2022, requiring all places of public accommodation to enable closed captioning on televisions located within their premises.

• Following the repeal of the special use permit requirement for convenience stores in April 2022, a new business license was established to better address nuisances associated with convenience stores.

Deadline is tomorrow for Chamber Board of Trustees and TASBA Board of Directors nominations

In accordance with the by-laws of the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce the organization is providing its membership the opportunity to submit nominations for individuals to serve on the Chamber's Board of Trustees and the Toledo Area Small Business Association's (TASBA) Board of Directors.
