Sponsorship, with naming rights, of a baby Highland Coo
|
Culloden is looking to purchase a young Highland coo by spring of 2021 and now is your chance to sponsor and name that coo! Your sponsorship includes an annual update and personality profile of your young Highland as it grows and settles in to its new home. Culloden, the powerfully emotive and atmospheric battlefield where the 1745 Jacobite Rising came to a tragic end, is also home to a growing herd of livestock with a special task: conservation grazing. The herd of cows, goats, and horses graze the land and help to manage overgrowth of trees and shrubs, helping our rangers keep the battlefield in top condition naturally. They are also an exciting addition to the visitor experience at this historic site!
