Power Flow Systems Pilot Empowerer - LEES Edition
That Light IS The End Of The Tunnel!
It has unquestionably been a long, hard, slog, but there are now FIVE new PMCF systems that have been successfully installed and are flying on our Customers' aircraft.

With each additional installation, our knowledge base, kit configuration(s), and comfort level has improved markedly to the point where we are now scheduling shipments of the first PMCF kits for the O-470 powered Cessna 182 airframes to be installed in the field by our Customers &/or their trusted local mechanics.
Our goal is to ship five additional systems in May, with production ramping up to 8 – 10 of these systems each month over the next several months. Notifications are now being sent to the first several ever-patient Depositors on our list, informing them of the Ship Date for their new PMCF and including a pre-installation questionnaire.

If you are one of those early depositors, please respond promptly so we can make sure that the kit we ship will be configured properly for each individual airframe and that the installation is as trouble-free as we can make it.

If you have yet to receive your notification, it is likely because your ship is configured with an engine, engine mount, or other significant variable that we have not yet been able to verify “In-House”. After keeping you waiting so long, the last thing we want to do is ship you a box full of troubles with a kit whose fit and function on your aircraft has not been confirmed.

Our engineering efforts to complete these trial fit-ups is continuing “Full-Bore” and we are still actively seeking Cessna -182 models with aftermarket engine upgrade (such as the Pponk and Texas Skyways STC’s), as well as early model (pre-1955) Cessna -180 airframes and most C-185 models.

If you have such an aircraft, are one of our depositors, and would like to assist us in making the new LEES products as good as they can be, we would love to hear from and work with you. We are still offering to completely install your new PMCF system at our facility in Daytona Beach (not a particularly bad destination), for the reduced flat rate of $800.00.

We have learned from experience that each of these installations is likely to come complete with its own set of “unique” challenges. We therefore ask that you be prepared to leave your aircraft with us for up to one week. This gives you plenty of time to enjoy the Florida sunshine and sandy beaches and gives us plenty of time to address and resolve any fit and function issues that may arise.

As each model specific configuration is cleared by our Engineering team, we will contact those deposit holders with our planned ship date in the order in which their initial deposits were received.

More Light Ahead
Early C180, Cessna 200 series and PA12/18 series:

Be assured that we have NOT forgotten about you! Our Engineering team continues to work on each of these additional product lines. We have applied for and are expecting imminent FAA PMA approval on these versions of the Leading Edge systems with production to begin as soon as possible thereafter.

We will continue to keep you posted on our progress through these newsletters. In the meantime, we thought you might enjoy -
