THERE'S A METHOD TO OUR MADNESS!
We often get asked why we don’t begin our inspections in the basement, like most inspectors. Years of experience have shown there’s an order to how your new home should be inspected. After running all plumbing fixtures upstairs we check every visible plumbing connection in the basement looking for leaks. We detail and document those findings in the report with pictures, to allow you to show evidence of the problem when requesting repairs.
We inspect every home as if a family member were buying it.
