Fire Relief Info for Small Businesses

Thinking of layoffs? Drawing cash off of credit cards in anticipation of growing sales? It's not too late to apply for disaster relief due to economic injury and the Shasta-Cascade Small Business Development Center can help.

Your business may not have been physically damaged but if you have lost income and/or sales at your business due to the recent fires then the SBA (U.S. Small Business Administration) has low interest rate loans to help you bounce back from your economic distress.

The Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL) available for the recent fires can cover up to $2 million for anyone's business that was impacted economically by the fire. This applies to businesses of all sizes.

The Shasta-Cascade SBDC offers no-cost, confidential consulting services throughout Trinity and Shasta counties. Whether you need advice on what to do next, how to get a loan, or how we can help, give us a call at 530.222.8323 or fill out a request for counseling at www.sbdcsc.org

*SBA disaster loans: The deadline to apply for economic injury is May 6th, 2019
