Q: How have you seen the HVACR industry evolve through your career?

A: It’s constantly evolving. I started before circuit boards, and now nearly everything relies on them. Manufacturers keep pushing efficiency, so the only option is to evolve alongside the equipment, but we haven’t been able to do things inside the equipment, even though oil fouling has been a known problem. With products like ThermaClear®, we have a lot more options to restore the equipment from the outside in.
