With all that’s going on in the world today, it’s easy to feel a bit helpless or that things are out of your control. In many ways they are, but there is also plenty you can do to have a positive impact, as each and every one of us matters and makes a difference in how we show up in our lives and express our own unique energy. Because we all affect one another.

My work has always been about helping, motivating and inspiring others to figure out who they are and what they're supposed to be doing with their lives, understand one another and be their best selves, with the philosophy that if we all did that the world would be a better place, no matter who you are or where you come from. That first began through The Women's Mosaic, the nonprofit I founded in 2001, and then through my coaching, speaking and writing over the past 15 years. Especially these past couple years, I realize more and more every day why that has been my mission - this massive transformative time requires all hands on deck!

I've also been thinking about how grateful I am to all those humans, past or present, who courageously walked their authentic path and helped get us to where we are today. Since it's Women’s History Month, I thought I would share a PGG from June 2014 which reflects all of these themes.

The PGG Video of the Week is about how to make the world a better place; this week's Instagram post in honor International Women's Day is about another one of my role models, Gloria Steinem, and here's a bonus post that explains the butterfly effect of how YOU matter. Today's PGG Vibe of the Week is India Arie's Strength, Courage and Wisdom.

Lastly, THANK YOU for being here and for being part of my community! If any of my essays, coaching, talks, videos or posts have helped you along your career/life journey, here are a few ways you can show your appreciation and support my work:

And as always, please feel free to contact me with any comments about anything.
