Effective March 1, 2020
$8.75 per hour
Minimum Wage
The new minimum wage for Guam effective March 1, 2020 will be $8.75 per hour. Employers should display the Fair Labor Standards Act flyer where employees can read and view.

Passes Legislature
 This bill seeks to update the current Worker's Compensation Law. The measure originally was set to adjust the maximum weekly compensation for disability from $250 to $520 per week however, the bill was recently amended on the floor of this week's session to further increase the compensation to $1,011 per week. The bill will be sent to Governor Leon Guerrero for
her approval or veto.
