Easter Egg Hunt

Sat April 12, 9:30am

(Patton Park)

Lakeshore Real Estate and a host of local businesses invite you to a brand new Lake City tradition! The 1st Annual Easter Egg Hunt is not only a free event, but offers candy filled eggs and 100 'Golden Eggs' redeemable for other prizes!

Age groups for the hunt include 0-3 years, 4-7 years, and 8-12 years, but all are welcome to enjoy a beautiful morning in our picturesque central park!

Pancake Breakfast

Sun, April 13, 7am-12pm

(Bluff View Elementary)

The Kiwanis Club is having a pancake breakfast at Bluffview Elementary Cafeteria to raise funds for youth opportunities, local community projects, and scholarship programs!

Presale tickets are $9 for adults and $4 for kids, at the door tickets are $10/$5.

Easter Eggstravaganza

Sat April 19, 10am-4pm

(Wild Wings Plaza)

Wild Wings Plaza and Lake Hits 95 are teaming up for a Easter themed celebration!

In addition to a live radio remote broadcast where kids are encouraged to talk about what Easter means to them, there will be free hot dogs and snow cones at lunch! Kids can also enjoy an egg hunt for candy and big prizes, face painting, bounce houses, a petting zoo, and even a magician!

Girls Day Out: The 1st Annual Mrs. Roper Romp

Sat, April 26,10am-5pm

(The Shops of Lake City)

Mrs. Roper Romp and Shop!

Dress as Mrs. Roper from the iconic TV show, Three's Company! Kick off for the event will be at Ohuta Park from 9:30Am-10:30AM. Wren's Nest Mobile Bar will be serving up mimosas and more! Walk to downtown Lake City, MN businesses dressed as Mrs. Roper! Shop our wonderful indie-local shops & boutiques. Stanley's are also welcome!

March Business After Hours (Tonight!)

On Thursday March 27 at 5-6:30pm Lake City Boat Club & Rentals will host a Business After Hours networking event at 211 N Lakeshore Dr. Lake City. Boat Club & Rentals is a family-owned and operated boat rental Company in Lake City, MN & Wabasha, MN.

Business After Hours are events that provide a great opportunity to network with other Lake City professionals over beverages and snacks, and learn about the great things happening at local businesses!

2025 Q Media Women and Wine Event

Q Media Group (which includes Lake City's Lake Hits 95) will hold a Women and Wine event on Friday, April 11 from 6-9pm in the beautiful Skyroom at the Red Wing Golf Course! The event offers a chance to celebrate with area businesswomen whilst sampling wines, noshing on a buffet from PicNick's, and shopping with 20 local vendors. Social Media Marketing Seminar

Jake Harmon of Moonlight Momentum and the Lake City Chamber of Commerce are hosting a 4 part marketing seminar with lunch in the Hale Irwin Room at the Jewel Golf Club. The first of these learning opportunities happens on Monday, April 14th at 11:30am-1pm, and will focus on social media strategy.

All Hands on Deck!

Lake City Chamber businesses, organizations, and supporters packed the house at the Chamber's Annual Dinner and Awards Celebration on Friday, March 21st, 2025. There was standing room only at the Jewel as the Chamber recognized local individuals and organizations for the work that they do to make Lake City the amazing place it is today. Comedian Jason Douglas brought the laughs at this Cruise Ship themed celebration.

Career Fair

24 business participated in the 2025 Career Fair at Lincoln High School. The Chamber organized the event in partnership with Workforce Development, Lincoln High School, and Port Authority.

High school students look forward to this event every year, and it’s a great opportunity for them to explore career paths and connect with local businesses.
