FirstPark Business Survey

FirstPark's 21 businesses are being surveyed this month to learn more about the total number of employees in the park and from where they commute. In addition, we are listening to suggestions from our FirstPark neighbors for service or retail businesses they would like to see locate in or near the park. Data from the survey may be useful for an electric vehicle charging station grant and other public or foundation awards.
More Than Just a Tagline
"Central Maine's most connected business park" is more than just a tag line used by FirstPark. Yes, we are connected with fiber optics and high-speed internet available throughout the park, but we are also directly connected to Exit 127 at Interstate 95 and State Route 137 (Kennedy Memorial Drive). State Route 137 connects FirstPark to a 5,500-foot runway one mile away at Waterville Airport (WVL). We do not have rail in the park, but we are connected by drayage to the thriving, full-service Pan Am railyard in Waterville less than five miles away. Intermodal rail service connects FirstPark to deep water ports, inland ports and the world. FirstPark is connected!
Grow Your Business in FirstPark
Grow your business with the acquisition of Lot 13 at the corner of FirstPark and Technology Drives. This is a high-visibility lot considered one of FirstPark’s premium sites. The property is priced at just $124,400 and incentives may be available depending on investment based on building size, equipment and job creation.
T-Mobile is hiring!
FirstPark's favorite wireless carrier is hiring at its Oakland call center located at 133 FirstPark Drive.
Did you know? T-Mobile has over 65.5 million customers and its nationwide network reaches 98 percent of Americans. As of 2018, J. D. Power and Associates ranked T-Mobile highest among major wireless carriers for retail-store satisfaction four years consecutively and highest for wireless customer care two years consecutively. Thank you, T-Mobile, for being an integral part of FirstPark and central Maine.
