Even if you don't work in the nutrition field, there are many ways that you can get involved:
- Plan a whole grain food drive at your child's school.
- Lead a whole grain grocery store tour for your community or church group.
- Post your favorite whole grain recipe to social media.
- Buy a new-to-you ancient grain at the grocery store, then research a recipe and try it out.
- If you work at a food business, offer coupons on whole grain items at your food business.
