Hello everyone, Happy Fall! And a peek at winter...

I am providing you with a bullet point list for 3rd Quarter Real Estate market snapshots – in a nutshell here are some key points: (Stats are below) Snow has been reported at ABasin, Copper and Keystone..September 13! Are you ready???

• Inventory has increased, many more choices are available to find your perfect place!
• Our market could be considered "normal" with 8 months of inventory.

• Buyers are more discerning. We are working Sellers to prepare their property to "shine" in this more competitive market. I like to call it..winning the "beauty contest".Staging is key in our current market.

• September and October..a great time to purchase your Mountain Home. Ski season is around the corner. And as we know many of us came for the winter and stayed for the Summer.
