Information Management Volunteer


Ensuring that we keep accurate information on services, events and projects throughout the Third Sector (charities, community groups, social enterprises etc.) helps ensure that we can support the signposting and referral processes across various services in Highland.


The role will form a key part of supporting the maintenance of information by regularly contacting groups and checking information is accurate, compiling that and supporting the distribution of accurate information to organisations for use when supporting people.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with good interpersonal and communication skills and with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines. We have an exciting opportunity for someone just starting out in accounting or an accountants assistant who is looking to build on their skills and experience. You will be responsible for running all aspects of our financial services including payroll, PAYE, LGPS, banking, cash handling, petty cash, banking reconciliation and also resource centre sales processing and banking.

Connecting Carers



Referral Coordinator



We are looking for a Referral Co-ordinator to join our team, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for unpaid Carers accessing the service via telephone, email, online and triaging referrals and coordinating these within the team.

The Referral Co-ordinator will also directly support Carers through accessing appropriate services, sourcing, and providing information and providing links to other resources and support services which are relevant to their caring role.


Salary: £26,500.84 per annum

Volunteer Development and Support Worker Ross and Cromarty Citizens Advice Bureau is seeking to employ a development and support worker to work with our volunteers and paid staff in a training and support role to ensure that we provide an excellent quality service delivery to our clients and to ensure that we are fully compliant with Citizens Advice Scotland quality of advice standards and Scottish National Standards. This is an exciting role for candidates who are highly motivated and enthusiastic, with a commitment to the CAB ethos and volunteerism.

These posts (two positions) will work with the Sutherland Community Planning Partnership (SCP) to support its aims and priorities with a particular focus around addressing inequalities in specific communities and Sutherland wide. The team will help to increase community resilience, enable and support community empowerment and participation, and ensure communities have a strong voice in local decision making.
