EMBRACE THE COMMUNITY
Guest Panelist: Dr. C. Wayne Copeland,
Financial Planner and Central Member

According to ChildTrends.org, "Among all full-time workforce participants in 2018, Black men earned 70.2 cents for every dollar earned by White men and Black women earned 61.9 cents. Black men and women are overrepresented in jobs that have nonstandard hours of employment." (Family, Economic, and Geographic Characteristics of Black Families with Children -- March 05, 2021)

It is imperative that we work both on policies to reverse the above wage disparities and on providing tools and resources to Black families that will help them become economically solvent. Register today and learn more about resources for improving the economic outcome of Black Families.
