August is Black Business Month, and at The Boost Pad, we're celebrating entrepreneurs who are building more than businesses.

They're creating opportunities, strengthening communities, pursuing economic mobility, and building legacies.



But entrepreneurs shouldn't have to build alone.

That's why we continue working to surround founders with education, mentorship, strategic partnerships, technology, talent, and access to resources that can help them move forward.

And this August, that ecosystem is growing.

The Next Generation of Boost Pad Entrepreneurs

On August 18, we welcomed aspiring and growing entrepreneurs to Do Greater Charlotte for our first in-person Cohort 13 Information Session.

Attendees learned more about The Boost Pad's Next Level Accelerator, explored what to expect from the upcoming cohort, and connected with our community as they considered taking their next step.

While we prepare for Cohort 13, we're also continuing to build the next Boost Pad learning experience.



Our curriculum is being strengthened across Teaching Decks, Learning Guides, Your Business Maps, ShiftSure Case Studies, financial confidence, and progressive pitch development—creating a more connected journey from learning a concept to applying it to a real business.

We're also continuing development of Coach Max, our AI-powered learning companion designed to help entrepreneurs engage with the curriculum and receive additional guidance between learning experiences.

And we're designing this ecosystem to support both cohort participants and self-paced entrepreneurs.

The goal isn't simply more content.

It's more useful support for more entrepreneurs.

Every program, partnership, learning resource, mentor connection, and new opportunity requires investment.
