EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS WEEK
The safety of your child as well as the safety of all students and parents is our top priority. We know that you care about safety as well. This week all schools went over school expectations for behavior and safety. Clear communication is essential. Students, staff, parents, and administration must report and address issues that involve school and student safety. It is important that we emphasize to you the importance of "if you see something, hear something, or witness something (this includes social media) to report it right away!" Please contact the school office immediately, if during the school day. If after hours, please call 911 to report the concern or, if non-emergency, call the police at 920-746-2400.

This next week we will be reviewing procedures for all of our major drills. Please see the district letter outlining all of our procedures as well as recommendations for you as parents to partner with us in your child's safety. The power point presentations we use are listed on the district website by clicking on the emergency preparedness icon. Please note that while we identify locations in and outside of school as evacuation areas, those are not listed on the website for security purposes.

In future e-newsletters, we will share more about the Department of Justice Safety Grant received and new procedures that are required for visitors.
