FAITH IRL (In Real Life)
We are getting ready for the James study that will be starting in just a week and a half!  The Small Group leaders are preparing for their meetings and we are assembling the daily devotionals this week.  We are so excited to be participating in this study with CFC Canton, Madrid, Potsdam, Moira, Richville and the Plattsburgh House of Prayer. This is such a rich time as we all study the book of James together. You can watch an intro to the series from Pastor Rick  here.

If you haven't signed up for a Small Group yet, you can do that here! We would love to have everyone find a a small group that works with their schedule and participate in this aspect of the study.

As many of you already know, Jackson Paladin, Pastor Daniel's son, was diagnosed with severe aplastic anemia back in 2016.  Jackson was admitted to Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester this past Monday to begin the process of preparing for a bone marrow transplant that will happen next Wednesday, September 26.

If you are interested in keeping up with the news about Jack's progress and how to pray for him and the whole Paladin family, you can follow the facebook page,  Jack's Army.

There is also a meal train that has been set up to bless the Paladin's during this time. You can sign up to bring a meal  here.

We have  2  programs for women to get involved in that will run during the school year : Secret Sisters and Titus 2. This is the last week to sign up to participate in these programs!

The Secret Sister Program is a tool for women in our local church to be actively praying and blessing another woman anonymously. Ladies from CFC Madrid and CFC Potsdam are encouraged to sign up. Get more details and sign up  here!

Titus 2 is a year long mentorship program that CFC Potsdam is doing.  Sign up to be mentored by a woman from the church.

The Food Pantry will be open this week, September 20, from 10am-1pm.  The Food Pantry provides food for families and individuals in the church or community who are in need.
