Giving Tuesday often occurs as the first dangerous weather of the year arrives, and this year is no different. And perhaps even more than past years, this weather reminds us, our homelessness response system is under real strain. Homelessness is rising, resources are shrinking, and severe weather is putting our unhoused neighbors at even greater risk.
This Giving Tuesday, you can help us protect lives.
Your support fuels CCEH's work to:
- Advocate at the Capitol and in Washington for the funding and policies our communities need
- Coordinate statewide emergency responses during extreme weather events
- Equip frontline providers with training and technical assistance to keep people safe
- Advance justice and equity in every part of the homelessness response system
Your partnership helps keep people alive, safe, and in their homes - especially on days like today.
