The Aurora Municipal Center is open to the public with limited hours for in-person appointments and payments. In an effort to make doing business with the city more convenient for customers, we also offer many services online at AuroraGov.org/OnlineServices. The public can access the building via the east doors (facing Chambers Road) from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday to Friday. Walk-in payments are available for Water Billing Office and Cashier Services; appointments are required for all other in-person services.

The reopening is made possible through the new Appointment Center located on the first floor of the Aurora Municipal Center, in the former Tax and Licensing Office next to Water Billing. For in-person appointments, customers will check-in at the Access Aurora desk and be escorted to the Appointment Center, where a city staff member will be available, or technology provided to assist customers. New signage is placed around the building directing the public to the east entrance and providing details of the services provided.

In-person appointments are suggested for customers who have challenges accessing services online or prefer to do business in person. Residents can schedule in-person appointments through each city department or contact Aurora Access at 303.739.7000 or AuroraGov.org/ContactUs for questions. Online city services are still available at AuroraGov.org/OnlineServices to continue providing high-quality customer service to the community while maximizing public and employee safety.

Join the city in combatting an unfortunate but inevitable side effect of Colorado winters. During the city’s annual Pothole of the Month contest that is happening now until April 30, the city will award a $25 gift certificate each month to the resident who reports the largest pothole.

All potholes are repaired within 24 hours, or by the next working day following the report, weather permitting. There are three ways to submit a pothole: Visit AuroraGov.org/ContactUs, search for street/median, enter the address and description, and include your name, phone number and address in the description field; email streets@auroragov.org with your name, phone number, address and the pothole location; or call 303.326.8200.
