Summer Concerts: Soul School

Aurora Rhythms kicks off the free summer concerts on the lawn with Soul School, an Aurora band known for its variety of oldies, R & B, Motown, rock and funk. Eventgoers are welcome to bring their own blankets, lawn chairs and food or purchase from the food trucks on-site Top Dawg Sausages and Philly’s Italian Water Ice.

Centennial House Open Day & Sign Dedication
Saturday, June 22, 1 to 4 p.m.
Feast on ice cream, witness turn-of-the-century beauty on a guided house tour and hear music of the 1870s from Capitol City Brass Band. Hats and parasols encouraged. At 1:30, grab your ice cream and join the official unveiling of the new sign celebrating the history of Aurora’s Centennial House. Tickets $5 at the door (fundraiser for the foundation)
