A New Chapter for a Montgomery County

Empty Nester

Most people are familiar with The Brady Bunch and recognize the avocado green shag carpet with dark paneled walls that were quintessential home décor details of the era. That is exactly how this family room looked when our client moved into her new downsized split-level home. It took vision and determination to reimagine a 1970s-era home, and we were definitely up for the challenge. Brand new LVF, a new functional layout, and modern details offered our client a stylish space to welcome her family home for the holidays.

What is LVF?

LVF or Luxury Vinyl Flooring is an extremely popular choice for busy family living. Scratch resistant and waterproof, it can be used in virtually any living area and is practically impervious to pets and children, wear and tear. We used this flooring to beautifully update our client’s 1970s-era sunroom addition and throughout her once-outdated split-level home.
