Where to find the LOVE • February 2021
We hear you - you want to get off the computer and connect with people; you want to be creative! Here is an opportunity to go for a walk in the snow and grab a great Valentine's Day photo with family or friends (special feature: heart is 6 ft across). Stop by the Center, or take a break from sledding at Tower Park and find some love.

The Dance Inn started in February, 1983 and is excited to be celebrating it's 38th birthday this month. Thelma Goldberg opened The Dance Inn by transforming her living room at 94 Hill St. into a dance studio.  With 12 students in her home and 10 adult students in the basement of The Grey Nuns, she presented her first recital in June, “Summer Fun,” which featured her parents, her children Aaron and Robin and the dancing nuns, in addition to her 22 students.  The Dance Inn soon became a destination for local aspiring dance students of all ages. It wasn't until September, 1984 that the Dance Inn moved into its home at the Munroe Center for the Arts, which was then called Arts Lexington. The Munroe space allowed the studio to grow and serve an expanded population of students. Happy Birthday to The Dance Inn!!!
Lexington Music School will be adding a new beginner group piano class on Wednesdays at 4pm. It will be in-person (observing all COVID protocols), start-date TBD. Please email the music school for details.

LMS faculty are also busy teaching virtually in piano, violin, cello, voice and guitar. Details available upon request.
