 How often during the day do you pause  and notice how you feel ?
Enneagram Eights are famous for go-go-going all day long, and beyond. With all that intense forward energy, b eing present and engaged in the moment can be a challenge.

This month, treat yourself to daily Check-INs:
 1) Just stop  whatever you are doing
2)  Lean back in your chair
3) Take a big deep breath
4) Notice what you feel inside
5)  Savor the feeling for a moment or two before jumping back into your day
