How often during the day do you pause and just notice what is happening in the moment? Enneagram Sevens are famous for their quick and agile minds which are often planning ahead. Being engaged in the present moment can be a challenge.
This month, treat yourself to daily Quiet Moment Breaks:
1) Stop whatever you are working on or thinking about
2) Clear your head: shake it from side-to-side
3) Lean back in your chair
4) Take a couple of deep breaths
5) Notice what is happening in the moment for a few uninterrupted moments before jumping back into action
