April 21 - H.R.7554: OWNER ACT

Introduced by Nicole Malliotakis (NY-R-11), this bill would distribute revenue from offshore wind projects in the New York Bight Area to certain coastal States, and promote conservation and workforce development.


April 7 - H.R. 7453: EV GRID Act

Introduced by Sean Casten (IL-D-6), this bill would require the Secretary of Energy to complete and publish a study and develop a plan related to the ability of the electric system to meet the electricity demand of new electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and for other purposes.


April 7 - H.R. 7439: Energy Security and Independence Act of 2022

Introduced by Cori Bush (MO-D-1), this bill would promote United States energy security and independence by bolstering renewable energy supply chains in the United States, and for other purposes.


April 7 - H.R. 7480: Bullets Not Batteries Act

Introduced by Scott Perry (PA-R-10), this bill would amend the Defense Production Act of 1950 to prohibit the use of the authorities under title I and title III of such Act for electric vehicles or related technologies.


April 7 - H.R. 7484: Food before Fuel Act

Introduced by Tom Rice (SC-R-7), this bill would amend the Clean Air Act to eliminate the corn ethanol mandate for renewable fuel.


April 5 - H.R.7403: NO RUSSIA Act of 2022

Introduced by Robert Latta (OH-R-5), this bill would require the Secretary of Energy to carry out a program to operate a uranium reserve consisting of uranium produced and converted in the United States and a program to ensure the availability of uranium produced, converted, and enriched in the United States, and for other purposes.

April 7 - S.4066: Fueling Our Nuclear Future Act of 2022

Introduced by John Barrasso (WY-R), this bill would amend the Energy Act of 2020 to require the Secretary of Energy to establish a program to accelerate the availability of commercially produced high-assay, low-enriched uranium in the United States and to make high-assay, low-enriched uranium produced from Department of Energy inventories available for use in advanced nuclear reactors, and for other purposes.


April 7 - S.4033: ONSHORE Manufacturing Act

Introduced by Marco Rubio (FL-R), this bill would require the Secretary of Energy to establish a program to incentivize investment in facilities that carry out the metallurgy of rare earth elements and the production of finished rare earth products, and for other purposes.


April 6 - S.4013: Energy Security and Independence Act of 2022

Introduced by Bernie Sanders (VT-I), this bill would promote United States energy security and independence by bolstering renewable energy supply chains in the United States, and for other purposes.
