Nov. 7 - H.R. 6037: Untitled

Introduced by Rep. Nicholas Langworthy [R-NY23], this bill would reauthorize the West Valley demonstration project.


Nov. 7 - H.R. 5929: Critical Minerals Supply Chain Resiliency Act

Introduced by Rep. Garland "Andy" Barr [R-KY6], this bill adjust the treatment of certain actions under Presidential Determination 2022-11 for Federal permitting improvement, and for other purposes.


Nov. 7 - H.R. 5964: Integrated Resource Planning Modernization Act

Introduced by Rep. Teresa Leger Fernandez [D-NM3], this bill require the Secretary of Energy, acting through the Office of Electricity, to publish guidelines and best practices for integrated resource planning of the electricity system, provide technical assistance with respect to such guidelines and best practices, and develop a grant program for modernizing integrated resource planning, and for other purposes.

Nov. 7 - H.R. 5927: Securing Reliable Power for Advanced Technologies Act

Introduced by Rep. Garland "Andy" Barr [R-KY6], this bill would amend the Defense Production Act of 1950 to accelerate designed critical artificial intelligence infrastructure projects as a priority national defense projects, and for other purposes.

Oct. 3 - H.R. 5687: Keep the Heat On Act of 2025

Introduced by Rep. Chris Pappas [D-NH1], this bill would appropriate funds for LIHEAP during a Federal Government shutdown.
