June 16 - H.R. 8117: Hydrogen Permitting Simplification Act

Introduced by Rep. Debbie Lesko (R-AZ8), this bill would exempt certain Federal hydrogen programs from the requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, and for other purposes.


June 14 - H.R. 8052: Global Nuclear Energy Assessment and Cooperation Act

Introduced by Rep. Earl Carter (R-GA1), this bill would direct the Secretary of Energy to conduct a study on the global status of the civilian nuclear energy industry, and for other purposes.


June 14 - H.R. 8053: GRID Act

Introduced by Rep. Jason Crow (D-CO6), this bill would provide the Secretary of Energy with the authority to enter into contracts and cooperative agreements to improve the resilience of defense critical electric infrastructure and reduce the vulnerability of critical defense facilities to the disruption of the supply of electric energy to those facilities.


June 13 - H.R. 8044: Planes not Panels Act

Introduced by Rep. Scott Perry (R-PA10), this bill would amend the Defense Production Act of 1950 to prohibit the President from making provision for the purchase of solar panels under the authority of such Act, and for other purposes.


June 13 - H.R. 8045: Critical Minerals Classification Improvement Act of 2022

Introduced by Rep. August Pfluger (R-TX11), this bill would amend the Energy Act of 2020 to alter the criteria for the designation of critical minerals.


June 13 - H.R. 8034: Preventing Investment in the Chinese Solar Economy Act

Introduced by Rep. Bob Gibbs (R-OH7), this bill would amend the Defense Production Act of 1950 to prohibit the use of certain authorities under that Act with respect to solar photovoltaic modules and module components, and for other purposes.

June 13 - H.R. 8032: REEShore Act of 2022

Introduced by Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA1), this bill would encourage the extraction and processing of rare earth metals in the United States, and for other purposes.


June 9 - H.R. 7996: Strategic Petroleum Reserve Anti-Exploitation Act

Introduced by Rep. Patrick Fallon (R-TX4), this bill would require congressional authorization for the drawdown and sale of petroleum products in the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, and for other purposes.

June 7 - H.R. 7963: Strategic Petroleum Reserve Replenishment Act

Introduced by Rep. Ron Estes (R-KS4), this bill would require the Strategic Petroleum Reserve to be replenished once oil has dropped below $90 a barrel for 100 straight days. 


June 3 - H.R. 7938: Domestic USA Act

Introduced by Rep. Debbie Lesko (R-AZ8), this bill would provide for the inclusion of uranium on the list of critical minerals, and for other purposes.


June 3 - H.R. 7947: Weatherization Enhancement and Readiness Act of 2022

Introduced by Rep. Paul Tonko (D-NY20), this bill would amend the Energy Conservation and Production Act to direct the Secretary of Energy to establish a weatherization readiness program, and for other purposes.
