June 26 - H.R. 4162: Community Solar Consumer Choice Act of 2025

Introduced by Rep. Kathy Castor [D-FL14], this bill would require the Secretary of Energy to establish a program to increase participation in community solar programs and the receipt of associated benefits, and for other purposes.


June 26 - H.R. 4172: OCED Elimination Act

Introduced by Rep. Brandon Gill [R-TX], this bill would abolish the Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations within the Department of Energy, and for other purposes.


June 17 - H.R. 4018: Untitled

Introduced by Rep. Mike Ezell [R-MS4], this bill would unleash America’s offshore critical minerals and resources.


June 17 - H.R. 4025: Energy Transitions Initiative Authorization Act of 2025

Introduced by Rep. Ed Case [D-HI1], this bill would direct the Secretary of Energy to establish an initiative to provide grants to fund the development of resilient energy systems in remote communities, island communities, and Tribal communities, and for other purposes.


June 12 - H.R. 3948: Offshore Pipeline Safety Act

Introduced by Rep. Julia Brownley [D-CA26], this bill would require the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement to further develop, finalize, and implement updated regulations for offshore oil and gas pipelines to address long-standing limitations regarding its ability to ensure active pipeline integrity and address safety and environmental risks associated with decommissioning, and for other purposes.


June 12 - H.R. 3979: LEAPS Act

Introduced by Rep. Michael Lawler [R-NY17], this bill would require the Secretary of Agriculture to provide information and education tools to farmers on the cost savings, energy savings, water conservation, and carbon emissions reductions that can be realized through the use of energy-efficient pumping systems, and for other purposes.


June 12 - S. 2082: Nuclear REFUEL Act of 2025

Introduced by Sen. Jon Husted [R-OH], this bill would amend the definition of “production facility” in the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 to exclude an equipment or device capable of reprocessing spent nuclear fuel in a manner that does not separate plutonium from other transuranic elements, and for other purposes.

Robert Latta [R-OH5], this bill would amend the definition of “production facility” in the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 to exclude an equipment or device capable of reprocessing spent nuclear fuel in a manner that does not separate plutonium from other transuranic elements, and for other purposes.


June 10 - H.R. 3870: COAL POWER Act

Introduced by Rep. Troy Downing [R-MT2], this bill would repeal a rule of the Environmental Protection Agency relating to a national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants: coal-and oil-fired electric utility steam generating units review of the residual risk and technology review.


June 10 - H.R. 3872: MERICA Act of 2025

Introduced by Rep. Patrick “Pat” Fallon [R-TX4], this bill would amend the Mineral Leasing Act for Acquired Lands to make that Act applicable to hardrock minerals.


June 9 - H.R. 3843: Baseload Reliability Protection Act

Introduced by Rep. Julie Fedorchak [R-ND], this bill would amend the Federal Power Act to prohibit retirements of baseload electric generating units in any area that is served by a Regional Transmission Organization or an Independent System Operator and that the North American Electric Reliability Corporation categorizes as at elevated risk or high risk of electricity supply shortfalls, and for other purposes.


June 6 - H.R. 3803: EO 14285 Act of 2025

Introduced by Rep. Tim Burchett [R-TN2], this bill would codify Executive Order 14285, titled “Unleashing America’s Offshore Critical Minerals and Resources.”


June 4 - S. 1945: Energy Choice Act

Introduced by Sen. Jim Justice [R-WV], this bill would prohibit States or local governments from prohibiting or limiting the connection, reconnection, modification, installation, transportation, distribution, or expansion of an energy service based on the type or source of energy to be delivered, and for other purposes.


June 4 - H.R. 3699: Energy Choice Act

Introduced by Rep. Nicholas Langworthy [R-NY23], this bill would prohibit States or local governments from prohibiting or limiting the connection, reconnection, modification, installation, transportation, distribution, or expansion of an energy service based on the type or source of energy to be delivered, and for other purposes.


June 2 - H.R. 3667: Strengthening American Nuclear Energy Act

Introduced by Rep. Byron Donalds [R-FL19], this bill would codify certain Executive orders relating to nuclear energy.
