Backyard
Beautification

The backyard is looking great and being used a lot more since last year's project was completed. There are a few more areas that need to be taken care of, both for looks and safety.
 
Three areas in need of repair are the retaining wall along the driveway to the back yard, the drainage hole in the parking lot, and the privacy fence on both sides of the building. The retaining wall is cracked and crumbling, the drainage hole is sinking and the privacy fence is rotten.

There was some expense to cleaning the spray paint off and replacing some lighting after the vandalism to the backyard furniture and back of the building the end of May. We will also have to look into addition security cameras. Fixing the fence on both sides of the building will help secure the perimeter of the backyard.

The estimated cost is $24,000 plus expenses for some security features. To contribute financially to this 2nd phase of upgrades please see our website for donation options:
Building Supervisor Position

Maritime Christian College, located in Charlottetown, PE is seeking a uniquely qualified individual for the position of Building Supervisor.

This is a part-time position with an expectation of 8-15 hours of work per week on average. MCC provides an apartment at the 503 University Avenue campus as compensation for this role.
