RCBM's CareSynch Program

Last month, we introduced the CareSynch Program in our newsletter. RCBM's CareSynch Program requires an annual in-person visit for all patients prescribed controlled substances or GLP-1 medications as our commitment to your safety and wellness.

We have started contacting patients to arrange their in-person visits beginning in January 2025.

Please take a moment to review the CareSynch FAQs on our website.
