Safety First Reminders
To create a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, we kindly encourage the use of supportive sneakers or shoes while using the Fitness Center or participating in land-based exercise classes, such as SilverSneakers Classic, Circuit, and YogaStretch.
Please remember that outside shoes are not allowed on the pool deck. We suggest wearing water shoes, and flip-flops are welcome on the pool deck. However, for the Fitness Center and land-based exercise classes, please refrain from wearing flip-flops.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable space for all members! Thank you!

Reminder: Please Scan In/Out with Copilot!
We appreciate your active participation in our community! As a friendly reminder, please remember to scan in and out during your visits. This is a vital part of our 'layers of protection' practices. It helps us understand who is in the building in the event of an emergency.
Be sure to check in at the front desk with Copilot and, if applicable, Silver Sneakers.
When using CoPilot, please select the correct tiles for insurance, lunch, programs, and more.
Your cooperation helps us serve you better and, more importantly, keep you safe!

Daily Lunch for Older Adult Members! 🍽️
We’re thrilled to offer a complimentary lunch to our wonderful older adult members every Monday through Friday at noon! While the meal is at no charge, a suggested donation of just $2 per meal is greatly appreciated, as it helps offset the cost of this service. To ensure everyone can participate, please reserve your spot by 11 AM two business days in advance at the Copilot computer in the lobby.
If you happen to miss the reservation, don’t worry! You can still add your name to the waitlist at the front desk. We'll do our best to accommodate everyone, but please understand that we can't promise a meal for those on the waitlist. Your understanding is truly appreciated!
When you arrive for lunch, please remember that the Sarah Heinz House Code of Conduct applies at all times in our Café and throughout the building. We kindly ask that everyone treat our dedicated staff and volunteer lunch attendants with respect, as any inappropriate behavior may lead to the loss of this fantastic benefit for those who do not. We’re grateful for our volunteers’ support and know you’ll give your best conduct in return!
If you need to cancel your reservation or will be arriving late, just give us a quick call at (412) 231-2377 and select Option 0. Thank you for your cooperation and consideration!
We can’t wait to see you soon and share a lovely meal together!

Parking at the House
Effective June 8th, to enhance your experience as our valued Adult Members, we invite you to use the lower parking lot, conveniently located directly in front of the building, exclusively.
To accommodate the large increase in employees during the summer months, we’ve decided to ask our staff to park in the upper lot only and in an alternate off-site location. This change will help ensure that premium parking spaces are readily available for you, making your visits more convenient and enjoyable.
We understand that changes can sometimes be challenging, and we truly appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we implement this transition. By working together, we can create a smoother parking experience for everyone in our community.
Thank you for your continued support and for being an essential part of our community!
