Safety First Reminders
Parking In Lower Lot
Please remember that the upper lot is reserved for staff parking. The lower lot is for members and provides safer access to the building without using the steps.
When accessing the second-floor café, please use the first-floor elevator. For your safety, walking down the steps backward is not permitted at Sarah Heinz House.
Exiting the Pool & Shower
After exiting the pool and showers, please dry off as much as possible before entering the restroom area. Standing water can create a slipping hazard, so please help us keep the restroom area safe for everyone.
Reminder: Please Scan In/Out with Copilot!
Thank you so much for being an engaged member of our wonderful community! We’d like to gently remind you to scan in and out during your visits. This simple act plays a crucial role in our "layers of protection," ensuring we know who’s in the building during emergencies.
When you arrive, please check in at the front desk with CoPilot and, if applicable, Silver Sneakers. Don't forget to select the right tiles for insurance, lunch, programs, and more!
Your cooperation not only helps us serve you better but also ensures everyone's safety—together, we’re creating a secure and supportive environment!

Daily Lunch for Older Adult Members! 🍽️
We are genuinely excited to invite our amazing older adult members to enjoy a complimentary lunch every Monday through Friday at noon! Although the meal is free, a suggested donation of $2 per meal is greatly appreciated. This small contribution helps us continue providing this wonderful service and ensures we can keep serving delicious meals.
To ensure we can accommodate everyone, please reserve your spot by 11 AM at least 2 business days in advance at the Copilot computer in the lobby.
If you happen to miss the reservation deadline, don’t fret! We invite you to add your name to the waitlist at the front desk, and we’ll make every effort to seat you. However, please understand that we can’t guarantee a meal for those on the waitlist, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
As you join us for lunch, please remember that the Sarah Heinz House Code of Conduct applies at all times in our Café and throughout the building. We ask that everyone treat our dedicated staff and volunteer lunch attendants with kindness and respect, as we want to maintain a welcoming environment for all. Thank you for your support and for helping make our community a fantastic place to gather!
If you need to cancel your reservation or arrive late, just give us a quick call at (412) 231-2377 and Select Option 0. Thank you for your cooperation and consideration!
We can’t wait to see you soon and share a lovely meal together!
