The Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce is looking to help area businesses address their workforce needs – specifically related to recruitment and retention. Part of this initiative includes DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion). We will be convening a DEI focus group on Friday, October 15 from 9:00am-10:00am to learn what area businesses are currently doing related to DEI, and what needs the Chamber may be able to assist with as companies develop DEI programs and initiatives.

Our goal is to gather representatives from 10-12 companies of various sizes to participate on a Zoom call to share their existing practices and materials, discuss basic tools for recruitment as it relates to DEI, and to learn what information, training, and materials are needed to help businesses launch or expand DEI programs to assist in acquiring and retaining talent.
