Member Spotlight: The PawStand

For many, dogs and cats are more than just pets. They are important members of a family. At  The PawStand, owners Donna Raney and Jennifer Andreae, help educate owners on ways to care for pets, sharing a wealth of knowledge on nutrition and health. They carry all-natural foods and treats from North American companies, and also offer private self-serve dog spas, pet  rehabilitation and fitness at their location.

During a recent visit to The PawStand, the store was lined with many colorful pet gift baskets. They are selling raffle tickets with 100% of the proceeds benefiting the Doraville K9 police officers. The funds will help outfit the K9s in bulletproof vests.

On Saturday, September 10, they will draw winners for the gift baskets at their 1-Year Anniversary Pawty. Passionate about their community, The PawStand will also use this event as a place to recognize the Doraville Police K9 Officer Tryko who was stabbed earlier this year in the line of duty.
