Hello February! 


Ben mentioned in the Winter Virtual Town Hall that this was the year for being more mindful in our marketing efforts to target specific audiences. You’ll see the first example during February where we’re executing two targeted digital campaigns – one for current clients utilizing targeted ads inside Online Banking and following up with a targeted email (both with click through links to the account opening platform) about the rate special that is being offered. With the second campaign, we’re targeting Delaware County residents only and using a purchased email list (CAN-SPAM approved, of course) and following up with digital display ad retargeting and geofencing.  


We are putting the finishing touches on several age-specific PPT decks that our associates can simply download from SharePoint when they are asked to make a financial education presentation. Thank you to Matt Hoffman from Upper Arlington and Tatiana Miller from Stygler who have made 5 presentations to student-athletes at Ohio State in the last several months. #ProudSponsor


As we strive for better efficiency in managing multiple requests from various departments, we are excited to introduce an updated version of our Marketing Services Request Form. This streamlined update consolidates the Website and Logo request forms into a unified, one-stop solution. With this integration, we aim to simplify the request process for you and your departments. Going forward, all questions on the form will be mandatory as we encourage you to provide as many details as possible so that we can complete your request efficiently. Stay tuned for additional information and details on these improvements later this month.

Delaware Chamber Annual Dinner (2/1)


Heartland is excited to be part of the Delaware Chamber Annual Dinner tonight, featuring our hot air balloon-themed table for the first time!
