Ben mentioned in the Winter Virtual Town Hall that this was the year for being more mindful in our marketing efforts to target specific audiences. You’ll see the first example during February where we’re executing two targeted digital campaigns – one for current clients utilizing targeted ads inside Online Banking and following up with a targeted email (both with click through links to the account opening platform) about the rate special that is being offered. With the second campaign, we’re targeting Delaware County residents only and using a purchased email list (CAN-SPAM approved, of course) and following up with digital display ad retargeting and geofencing.
We are putting the finishing touches on several age-specific PPT decks that our associates can simply download from SharePoint when they are asked to make a financial education presentation.
