It's official - to keep us all safe, we are cancelling in-person worship and formation classes today, and instead will be hosting a special SNOW-day Morning virtual gathering on Zoom. We hope that you'll stay warm, fix breakfast, brew some tea, and gather with us online.

It's one Zoom link for the entire morning

Join us for worship, formation, or both

If you're new to Zoom or haven't used it in a while, you can learn more here.

Beginning at 9:00 a.m....

Our Special Sunday Circle Series Concludes

Pilgrimage to Alabama

This past spring, the Bishop of Maryland led a pilgrimage to Birmingham, Montgomery, and Selma, Alabama, and participants visited some of the historic places that shaped and inspired the Civil Rights movement in our country. Two of those pilgrims were Christ Church parishioners Jan DeBoissiere and Kathy Simms, and they continue to share stories of their incredible experiences and answer any questions you might have. You can download the discussion documents here.

Sunday Morning Prayer at 10:00 a.m.

We will have a complete Morning Prayer worship with Father Manny, Mother Marcia, Larissa, and YOU. Join us on Zoom for a special Morning Prayer worship at a special time - 10:00 a.m. Even though it's unsafe to drive and gather in person, there's nothing stopping us from celebrating in worship and fellowship as best we can, so we look forward to seeing everyone on what's surely a most unique morning ❄️🥰

And Later...

Take Some Time Today

to Prayerfully Consider Your Lenten Meditation!

THERE'S ONLY ONE WEEK LEFT!

Have You Sent In Yours?

The LMB is a powerful book for so many, created with love by members of Christ Church - and we hope that you'll contribute. It is designed to assist us all in times of quiet contemplation, preparing ourselves for rebirth and renewal at Easter.

Poems, quotes, stories of reflection, images, prayers, and inspirational pieces by writers or theologians - they all come together to make up this special booklet - one that you can take home with you and use each day throughout the season. The 2026 Spiritual Life Theme is Building Relationships through Love, and you can learn more on our website's SLC page.

To accomplish the LMB in time, we must have all submissions in by NEXT SUNDAY, February 1, so we can edit and publish this work in physical and digital form, the latter of which is viewed by many thousands of individuals worldwide throughout Lent. That gives us ONE WEEK for submissions, so please don't delay any longer. You can submit these by name or anonymously - your choice.

If you need help getting started, visit christchurchcolumbia.org/lenten-meditations and check out past reflections. Submit yours by email today to SL@christchurchcolumbia.org or place it in the Spiritual Life mailbox in the Church Office later this week.

See You at Church!
