This Saturday, March 26, at 7:30 p.m. in Bloedel Hall, join the adults, teens, and kids of the Saint Mark's Evensong Choir for CHOIR UNVESTED, an evening of brilliant entertainment, gourmet desserts, and a silent auction to benefit the choir's pilgrimage fund.

  • TASTE! delicious treats by Chef Marc Aubertin.
  • BID! on live and silent auction items including from a tour over the San Juan Islands in a private plane, a private cruise on Lake Union, museum and sports passes, and more.
  • HEAR! members of the Evensong Choir present musical performances—ranging from the ridiculous to the sublime—including numbers from Godspell, Pippin, Thirteen, Octet, and more. (Rumor has it that a certain prominent cathedral Dean and Canon might be performing a number as well!)

For a taste of what's in store, check out this moment from a recent rehearsal, led by the cabaret's director and choreographer Heather MacLaughlin Garbes, featuring Evensong Choir countertenor John Garlid as Pippin (a role he seems to have been born to play!).
CHOIR UNVESTED is a fundraiser for the choir's upcoming pilgrimage to Chichester and Bristol Cathedrals, England, where they will serve as choir-in-residence for one week each in August.
The previous U.K. pilgrimage, in the summer of 2018, was a transformative experience the choir, and featured experiences such as meeting and singing for the Archbishop of Canterbury (pictured). Funds are being raised now to ensure that all the choir members can participate in the 2022 pilgrimage regardless of their ability to pay.

Don't miss this unforgettable evening! The evening will also be livestreamed for those who purchase a ticket. Tickets are $75 plus fees, of which $50 is tax deductible. Click here to reserve your spot now!
